  TERRIBLE!!! is the only word that defines this place. this our second time placing and order and it's screwed up. Manager scott won't take responsible and blames it for me I wasn't specific enough on my order...Well we are done NEVER ORDERINGING HERE AGAIN!!
  
  Ordered the pizza with a few extra toppings, pizza was deliver 45 mins later with it undercooked, when I call the store manager Scott answered and stated that it's my fault I did not ask for it to be well done, he was too busy to call me to ask me, and that he will offer me a $5.00 credit if i want to replace it. ....
  
  I asked him i want his mangers info, he said no its confidential,
  I asked him for his managers hours it's was again confidential,
  I asked him his DM's info and again it's confidential
  I asked him if his manager works tomorrow, again confidential
  I asked him if he's will to replace the pizza and I will forget this this happened, and I again got the credit toward's a next pizza,
  
  This guy is not management material and is clear based on the fact that he is unable to handle a small issue of just saying I am so sorry i will fix it, I will have it to as soon as I can, but instead he starts by saying it's your fault...wow amazing how Domino's service has gotten to trash....DON"T ORDER HERE EVER!!!
  
  CALL PAPA JOHNS they are much nicer and can get the order right and don't blame you!!!

  11:25 pm and their closing time was 12:00 am. Tried placing a pickup order only to be told they were closed. This was on 1/22/17 and these employees are turds. I would recommend a staffing overhaul for your night shifts.

  Worst customer service EVER! Received our pizza at 8:11 my husband went outside got the pizza and tipped the driver. I noticed when he brought it in they forgot our 2 liter..called at 8:14 to tell them they forgot. The girl on the phone said they'd send it right out, considering we live 7 minutes away thought it'd be here fast so my husband just waited outside. 9:15 rolls around and still no pop call back and she informs me she told him when he returned but then driver FORGOT AGAIN. They refused to give me my tip back or do anything to right their wrong. Also the pizza was complete trash with the cheese all over the place. You've been warned!
